• Sign in to 444 Castro’s Mindbody page
• Click Online Store at the top
• Select Free Tenant Membership, choose the effective date, agree to the terms, and click make a purchase.
• Click check out.
• Add profile details (personal information, emergency contact), sign a liability waiver, and check out again.
• Place Order
• Badge will be activated within 24-hours.
